Returns Exchange Policy
Our return exchange policy is designed to facilitate replacements exclusively for items identified as damaged or wrong only, with such issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURN EXCHANGE PROCESS:
To initiate a return exchange ONLY for items deemed damaged or wrong, please follow these structured steps:
- Initiate Return Exchange: Within a strict 24-hour period following the receipt of your item, it is essential to communicate the issue by sending a detailed email to support@sasitrends.com and a concurrent WhatsApp message to +91 6382 614 955. This preliminary step is requisite for initiating the return protocol.
- Case Review and Resolution: Following your submission, a case identification ticket will be generated. Our support team will undertake a thorough examination of the circumstances, after which they will devise a resolution tailored to the specifics of your case.
- Pickup Facilitation: Post-case approval, we will coordinate a retrieval procedure wherein a designated delivery associate will visit your location to collect the item, thereby streamlining the return process and alleviating the need for additional action on your part.
- Return Packaging Compliance: It is imperative to ensure that the item is encased within its original packaging, further reinforced with bubble wrap to preempt any transit-induced damage.
Upon receipt of the item and subject to a meticulous inspection affirming the item remains unused and unaltered, we will authorize a replacement in accordance with our policy standards.
We offer size exchanges for bangles of the same design and color only, provided the tags are intact. Please send your order ID, the size you want, and your current size details to our WhatsApp number (+91 6382 614 955). Ship the product to the address provided by our support team, and we will share the return shipping charges, which include inspection, shelving, and dispatching the replacement item.
Exclusions to Return Exchange Eligibility: Returns Exchange may not qualify under the following specific conditions:
- Evident physical damage to the product or packaging
- Product that has undergone any washing, usage, or modification
- Absence of the original packaging, supplementary accessories, or an intact, readable serial number
- In instances where the customer declines to accept delivery post-shipment, Sasitrends will not assume responsibility for return replacement.
Additionally, should we request evidence, please ensure to provide a comprehensive 360-degree video recording of the unboxing process, thereby corroborating the condition of the item as initially received.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept order cancellations within a 30-minutes window after placing an order. To cancel, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 6382 614 955 within this timeframe. If you do not receive an immediate reply within the time window, please call us directly to ensure your cancellation request is processed promptly.
Once cancellation is requested, it may take up to 4 business days to process and initiate a refund.
Cancellation Process:
- Within 30 Minutes : Full cancellation with a complete refund.
- After Shipment: If the product has already shipped, we may not be able to accept cancellation requests.
